Veena is the best real estate agent I have had the privilege to work with. My husband and I worked with her to sell our home of 26 years. We met with several prospective real estate professionals and Veena was the most organized and listened to our priorities. We wanted a “drama free” and seamless transaction. It’s a seller’s market, but how the sale is handled was critical to us which is why we wanted a real estate professional that wasn’t part-time.
Our ideal buyer would allow us to rent back for a few weeks until our new house was ready, and Veena made that happen. Veena suggested we list a week earlier to capitalize on out-of-town buyers over spring break. We agreed and she got the pictures and MLS listing done within days! We got multiple offers that next day.
