Veena is the best real estate agent I have had the privilege to work with. My husband and I worked with her to sell our home of 26 years. Our ideal buyer would allow us to rent back for a few weeks until our new house was ready, and Veena made that happen. Veena suggested we list a week earlier to capitalize on out-of-town buyers over spring break. We agreed and she got the pictures and MLS listing done within days! We got multiple offers that next day. Veena vetted the multiple offers, recapped them, talked to the banker (on the weekend) to ensure the bidder was truly qualified, etc. Those are the extra steps that Veena did to stay ahead of any potential issues. She knew each critical deadline and was ahead of them and communicating with us before and after each one.
We literally never had any worries, and this was the most seamless transaction we could have hoped for. I am not usually one to leave reviews but wanted to take the time to brag on Veena and I have referred several neighbors to her too.
